This Moderation & Reporting Policy explains how Trĩb (“Trĩb,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) reviews, responds to, and enforces its Community Guidelines and Terms of Use. It is designed to protect the safety, well-being, and experience of all users while fostering a respectful and supportive community for parents and caregivers.
Trĩb is a community built on trust, empathy, and shared experience. This policy outlines how we handle reports, moderation decisions, and enforcement actions to help keep the community safe, constructive, and welcoming.
This policy operates in conjunction with Trĩb’s Terms of Use and Community Guidelines.
Users may report content or behavior that appears to violate Trĩb’s Community Guidelines or Terms of Use by:
When submitting a report, users are encouraged to select the most appropriate reason (such as harassment, hate speech, spam, safety concern, or privacy issue) and provide any relevant context that may help moderators understand the situation.
Reports are treated as confidential. The user whose content is reported will not be informed of the identity of the person who submitted the report, except where disclosure is required by law.
Moderators review reported content as promptly as reasonably possible. In reviewing a report, moderators may:
Moderation decisions are made using judgment and context, not automated enforcement alone.
Following review, Trĩb may take one or more of the following actions, depending on the severity and context of the situation:
Severe violations may include, but are not limited to:
Severe violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal from the community.
When feasible, moderators may notify users whose content was edited, removed, or restricted and provide a brief explanation of the action taken.
However, Trĩb is not obligated to provide detailed individual explanations for every moderation decision.
Users who believe a moderation decision was made in error may request a review by contacting us within seven (7) days of the decision.
Appeals are reviewed in good faith. While we aim to be fair and thoughtful, we do not guarantee reversal of moderation decisions.
If content suggests that someone may be in immediate danger or at serious risk (for example, explicit self-harm intent, threats of violence, or abuse):
Trĩb is not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, please contact local emergency services first.
Trĩb is a growing platform and may not be able to proactively review every post or comment. Moderation relies on a combination of proactive efforts, community reports, and good-faith participation from users.
We may update this Moderation & Reporting Policy from time to time. Updates will be reflected on the Site, and continued use of the community after changes become effective indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
